Do not even think of using asda pet insurance. I have been waiting for my cheque since 5/9/14. They sent it to the wrong vet instead of sending it to me and to re-issue you have to wait another14 days. After countless phone call I was told it had been re- issued and sent to my own vet despite being told I had already paid. I phoned on 3/10/14 to be told it would have to re-issued, another14 days. I asked to speak to a manager and told someone would ring me back. Still waiting. You cannot get in touch with any business side of the company only a call centre. Asda head office do not want to and tell you to deal with the insurance company. Utter shambles and I will never use them again and I am going to take my house and life insurance to another company.
