I ordered a small item from BeautyBay 03/09/14, it is now 06/10/14 and I am having discussions with their so call customer service dept about obtaining a refund as the order has not turned up. I paid extra for tracking my parcel but the tracking information was no help at all apart from saying that the order had been returned to BeautyBay and despite this information I have had to fill out a claims form. They are now 'investigating' where my order is. One of their 'customer service' representatives intimated in one of the many e-mails backwards and forewords that he did not believe I had not received my order which I took great offence to.
