Good Points
When it worked it was good however started to go wrong 2 weeks after guarantee ran out

Bad Points
Started to malfunction 2 weeks after guarantee ran out. Tefal not at all helpful

General Comments
No Tefal repair agents in Scotland and advised would cost £69:00 to repair.

Expensive repair for an already expensive iron.
