I have put in a complaint, it was not directed at any of the staff , it is simply the result of being misled about what I was paying for and the quality of the content.
I am awaiting a reply and this will really prove to me how well the customer services team can fix a problem the company created and how much they value me as a student.
I will respond again with an overall review when I receive the help I have asked for ( as long as I get a response in good time)
