“weeks for refund!”

I have returned a top to boohoo over 2 weeks ago now and have still not been refunded! They've ignored all emails apart from 1 where they said I'd have my money in 48 hours, this was 3 days ago and still nothing! They've had the item for 2 weeks now as I have a tracking number. Avoid! Terrible!
