“Poor Listing Practices”

Shopgoodwill isn't standardized as far as their listing practices. Suggestions if you plan to use them. It's a roll of the dice as to what you will get, but check the shipping costs before bidding. Know the age of items -don't rely on them. Conditions of garments will vary widely depending on which store is listing the items. Request padded or box shipping for jewelry, delicate items or breakables or else you won't get it.
