“Bontrager Circuit helmet crash guarantee”

I bought the Bontrager Circuit Helmet from Triton Cycles for a great price. Though my colour scheme was not in stock, this was made clear at the time of ordering with a provisional date for despatch. All very easy at checkout and when I enquired regarding the progress over the phone, Triton Cycles' very friendly staff were very helpful in updating me. Received my Helmet to order in good time.
Unfortunately I was in an accident within 2 months of buying the helmet (which saved my noggin). Bontrager have a free replacement policy on all helmets involved in an accident within one year of purchase. As they are a US company, I contacted Triton who took on the task immediately of sorting a replacement for me and provided very clear, friendly instructions to me to do so. After a few photos of the damage and a quick e-mail, I received my new helmet within a week of requesting it. Also, received good correspondence throughout.
I can't recommend Triton Cycles highly enough. Customer service is excellent and very friendly.
Use them......DO IT!
