“Serious attitude problems - extremely condescending”

Not sure what it is about Hay's but for some reason they seem to put themselves pretty high on the pedestal? There are a lot better agencies in and around Sydney that will talk to you more as a human being than looking down their nose at you. In the Sydney CBD branch they have one particular junior member of staff who weirdly seems to get a kick out of being extremely condescending to people a lot more qualified and experienced than themselves. Upon speaking to other people dealing with Hay's I am not the only person to think this, hopefully more people will complain and they won't be there much longer! Blocked their number now anyway so won't need to put up with the snooty calls any longer :-)
