“SUPERCUTS BRISTOL”

Very bad haircut asked for a long layer and just a trim at the ends and it's a lot shorter and all different lengths and the shorter bits just stick out where it's not been cut properly... the person cutting my hair was too busy chatting and listening and making comments on what the person next to me was saying. I get charged a different amount every time I go... said £25 online got charged £30 on the day it looks awful.

The person was friendly that was a plus and my hair was soft but way too many products on it.
