“Do Not Use!”

The customer service at the airport is "shocking" you are left to go in search of your vehicle, which will be dirty. On checking the vehicle besides dirty and other people unwanted item's in glove compartment and only half a tank of fuel when a full tank was paid for. Photo evidence was at hand.Also they park the vhicle to enable checking difficult. On returning the vehicle which they claim is "new" but has 11,000k on the clock, a scratch has appeared on the under bumper which is diputable and then bill insurance £300 for the repair.

I now see why the queue was at the Hertz Car Hire. Obviously people are aware of the "Viten Moral Policy"

Book with Viten at your peril or a good insurance policy. But remember there is always an admin fee to pay, because the policy dosn't cover this.
