I have ordered from them for years - and have given good reviews. However have just had a new yellow cartridge fail on me which was irritating enough as I hadn't yet bought the replacement.
I do accept that with re manufactured cartridges there is a small fail rate and would have been OK with that, but what really got my goat was the attitude of the receptionist. 'Clean it' she said - 'I have cleaned it, several times' I said - 'Oh well' she said - 'we can't replace it but can sell you a print head cleaning kit'!!!
I think I will now take my custom elsewhere.......
