The assessment day was challenging yet enjoyable, with a professional yet friendly atmosphere where you could showcase your competencies through a variety of exercises. Following the assessment day, the consultants took into account the type of role I was looking for, and subsequently presented me with numerous interview opportunities suited to me. They let me choose which opportunities I wished to pursue, and swiftly booked me in for an interview. The preparation they provided was thorough, and my friendly and dedicated consultant was always communicating with me and keeping me up to date with the process. Within a week and a half from attending the 1PGR assessment day, I had secured a job offer from a fantastic company.
