General Comments
I have seen many other DVD players before the Pioneer 545, including those on computers, but this DVD player is excellent and offers superb quality on both the picture and the soundtrack on DVDs.

The player itself is very simple to use and the menus are easy to access, so setting up this player is not a problem. It has a good amount of digital and analogue outputs so it caters for everyone. Playing MP3s on this player is a bonus as well because it offers really clear playback of MP3 tracks, which can then be easily recorded onto a Minidisc via the optical output.

I can not really think of any bad points about this player, except for the fact that there is no zoom function, but this is probably rarely used and is a gimmick really. The remote is also excellent due to the range of functions, including a jog shuttle and a backlight for the major button functions.

This is one of the best value for money players I have found on the market, as I did a lot of research on them before I bought this one. You can't go wrong for the price of this player. I highly recommend this one and I assure that you will not be dissapointed.
