“New store in London - Oxford St - nothing in my size”

I need a 27 inch leg length in my trouser size, and most companies offer 29 inch lengths, so I thought I'd try Jacamo which in its adverts and on-line says it has short and unusual sizes. They have just opened a London store so I thought I'd pay them a visit to check the clothing and hopefully buy a few pairs of trousers and jeans.

I was told they did NOT have any 27 inch leg lengths in store at all. What is the point of opening a flagship shop then just keeping quote 'normal' sized stock and directing people to their website.

Having wasted time and money on the journey I'm certainly going to avoid Jacamo in the future.
