“Horrible Staff, Breaches EU consumer laws.”

I applied for an account on the site due to an advertisement that told me I would get a free trial. When I registered I got no free trial, so I took to their forums the pointing this out and mentioning I can't pay money into something where I have no idea if it is reliable, the co-founder replied giving me a spool of garbage you would expect from a sites about section of how they are loyal and have "so many users" I replied and pointed out his word isn't enough (frankly I found his attempt unethical for the staff on a "reputable site") so he told me their was some "free samples" so I looked at those, found what I wanted, pointed out the sample program (trainer) was broken and explained how it was broken and repeated why is there no free trial and I cant subscribe without more information, his reply was "then dont" he then blocked me from replying and removed my post pointing out their broken trainer.

To be fair to the site as a hole I did a little digging, and looked upon their terms and conditions after reading previous reviews, turns out they have a clause in their terms and conditions which states they can remove your account and all files related to it without warning or reason (basically if they don't like you) unfortunate for them thats breaking the law as people are paying money for these accounts this is classed as an unethical agreement by any view under the Consumer protection laws especially in the EU which they MUST follow if they wish to provide to any country in the EU which they do.

In conclusion I find the site horrible in look, the staff are less than welcoming and they do not deserve the money they receive for the short lines of code and editing they provide. My opinion just use art money or learn to do it yourself. If you do know already how to do it and were just looking for a short cut, trust me it is not worth it.
