“Every excuse not to pay out”

My front door was kicked down by a x boyfriend, the police were called out and he was cautioned. Contacted LV told them the circumstances, could not lock the door, have a 4yr old daughter in the house. In the end my dad repaired the door. Lv gave every excuse and were not interested in my or my daughters personal safety, avoid this company.
