I have used lovespace to store some items during the summer while my flat was being renovated. First, they lost two of the items.Then, they returned three of the items (furniture) totally destroyed (they had a value of £1440 in total). They only agreed to refund the minimum claiming that I should've bought the insurance they sell - the insurance would surely not have covered what was due to their incompetence. I have reported them to a consumer protection agency
