“Worst All-inclusive EVER !!!”

Visited 8/29 - 9/8/14. We wanted to love this Excellence because we loved the 2 Excellence Resorts in Mexico.. Well this one is defiantly not 4-5 stars it is 1-2 at best.. The staff catered to the caucasian and spanish speaking guest and made others wait long periods for service. The food was Horrible tasting and the drinks alcoholic and straight liquor was nasty and very watered down, the only drinks that were decent was bottled beer. The bed was hard like a rock and the rooms were whipped down not clean. This was a waste of 11 days.
