“Poor product poor customer service”

We received the DVD of our photos and I'm sorry to say that we're very disappointed with these "high-res" images - almost every shot is very blurry. I know that high-res does not mean not blurry, but you get what I mean.

We fully expected low-res prints on the day and low-res pictures on the website, so we assumed that the blurriness was down to that. We had trusted the wording on the website that assured us "All our booths use only the highest quality cameras and pictures, no matter whether it's party, classic or the ultimate booths you will receive outstanding photos" but something has clearly gone wrong here. Our pictures are of a similar standard to those taken by mobile phones from a few years ago - that is very hard to achieve with even a very basic static camera.

I followed up on the disappointment of these pictures by sending Picture Booth a message via their website and this was ignored. I then sent an email and this was also ignored. I feel it's only fair that other are aware of their non-existent service and sub-standard product in this case.
