“JET2. WERE HERE TO HELP ... WE WISH ”

what a terrible company ,have only used once and never again . The flight from Leeds Bradford was filthy, sticky sweets on floor and rubbish on plane floor from last flight. Window blinds broken . Only rep was at Palma airport to show us the coach . What was advertised as a 2 hour transfer turned out to be 3 and a half hours due to be sat on a coach at airport for 1 hour waiting for other flights to land so they could join our coach. So finally made it to resort at midnight and just dropped in middle of nowhere and had to find own way to hotel. Never saw a jet2 rep all holiday ,thank goodness for the Thomson rep how kindly gave us all the info we needed . So jet 2. Staff have badges that say WERE HERE TO HELP. If you can find one .
