I ordered several items online 28th August. Received phone call on Weds the 3rd to say one item was not in stock so they therefor hadn't sent the rest of the items. Pretty annoyed at this delay already but willing to let it go. Why are they allowing us to order things which are out of stock in the first place and especially if they are going to take too long to receive them? I subsequently asked what alternative was in stock and ended up paying 'extra' for this since I needed it quite soon. The person on the phone stated that it would be sent 1st class the next day. It was n Friday the 5th sept and nothing had turned up so I phoned this time to find out that they hadn't posted anything again as a 'different' item was now out of stock. What kind of stupid set up is this? I cancelled all my order and will not be using their services again. This is not the way to run a business.
