“Incomplete dirty washer with Inept service”

Received my K4. Patio washer had no nozzles and filthy despite supposedly being refurbished. Reordered the nozzles and after 10 days no delivery. Apparently they got lost in the post. " weeks later Im still waiting to use the damn washer!
Tried to contact Karcher direct - they are not interested as the Outlet is run by an (terrible) agent. You would think that if an agent was giving you a bad name you would want to address it - oh no, let them carry on!
Rubbish company and service. Avoid, go to Bosch instead.
