“Warning, do not use motolegends ”

Ordered a helmet from motolegends, it did not fit so sent it back in the packaging it was sent in, the so called free returns involve paying for collect + ( which cost over £7.00) & that will get refunded once returned
3 days later I got the helmet back with a letter saying that it had not been sent back in the original packaging & that I will not get a refund, also it advised me I could sell it on eBay if I wanted my money back, which I found quite unbelievable
When the helmet originally came it was only in the makers helmet box but when I got it back it was double boxed, thus I gather that they were saying it was originally double boxed, the thing is it was not & the box I sent it back in was all it came in.
To prove the point the damaged box still had the original postage label addressed to me on it, I offered to take a picture of this & send it to them but was basically told I was lying & it had been sent double boxed.
Now I am stuck with a helmet that does not fit
