“Poor customer service!!!!”

Excellent showroom after that absolute rubbish! sofa is sagging on one arm technician came out and manipulated the arm and all looked fine for 24 hours and then back to how it was before. Customer services refusing to send technician again and actually very rude. I live on my own and do not sit on the affected side so it cannot be wear and tear. Would never buy from them again, do not be fooled by the showroom or TV adverts.
