“THE MOST APPALLING TRAVEL AGENT I HAVE EVER USED?”

I have been trying to get a reply for 6 days, almost 9hr on the telephone and 13 different people and still no answer to my enquiry why have I paid for Virgin Atlantic flights and when my money has been taken put me on a Delta Flight which I could have booked myself and saved £400.00. Not only this but they changed me from 2 flights to 3 flights each way, change the flight times and didn't inform me about any of it, only found out because my son wanted to look where we were going to sit on the plane.

The customer service is appalling no one has ever called me back when promised, I have had to chase them all the time.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL COMPANY.
