I was charged £4.17 for rang up only 2 seconds on the first call,
the second call I was charged £27.08 for 6.30 mins.
total bill is 31.25 for only 6.32 mins.

This is the way you treat your customer, BT?????
Dishonest and very disgusting!!!!!
