“Little mistake cost me big money!”

I bought a flight online via eBookers and used my credit card to pay. Only after receiving the e-ticket did I realise that the website had used my login details as the name for my ticket with no prompts at any stage for me to make sure that the name supplied (which they pulled from my registration details) was correct as per my passport as tht tickets would be issued in that name. As a result I had to cancell the ticket and buy another one which cost me over R2000 ($200) in Forex fees and commissions etc!

Not impressed.
