“Experian Deceitful Business Practice”

Experian's $1.00 credit report = $14.95 automatic monthly charge claimed another victim today. I called the company and they agreed to refund the current month's charge only. I don't know where the trap is in their website, but like so many others I think this business practice is shameful, amounting to a consumer fraud.

I am going to pursue this with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as well as the company's senior managers and legal department. You should do the same.
