Hi,

When I faced with an issue (http://snag.gy/CaXnG.jpg), I was sent them the screenshot but after 26 hours they replied me to send the step by step scanned copies to investigate the bug.

How pathetic customer support it is ? If it is urgent, imagine how hard to bare.. :(
