“Could be better”

The actual online booking process was, and has previously been, fine. Having used the service a number of times, however, the actual car we received has been rather disappointing. The last two times there has been very noticeable damage, neither time fully recorded on the paperwork, causing us to have to phone and walk back to the office to have it amended, and some difficulty when dropping the car off. The cars have often not been clean. We have booked a car "like a Golf", but never had an actual Golf.
