“Good Fit but Poor Delivery”

I purchased two Silk/Cotton Sleeveless tops in Large Size to fit size 16. They are softer than I expected a Silk and Cotton blend to be and they are a good fit with no gaping below the armhole as many sleeveless tops do. They were good value as I purchased them in the sale and they will be useful under jackets or over or under blouses (shirts.

I note that they require washing in an appropriate product and hope they will wash without bobbling, but as I haven't yet worn them I have yet to discover. The occasion on which I wanted one of them has passed as they took eight days to arrive within the UK. This I consider very poor compared to other online retailers, especially as I expected the amount charged for postage would cover the cost of first class post.
