“45 minutes late, rude driver, worst travel i had with...”

I'm travelling to aberdeen from london megabus gold and the worst travel that i experienced. It was 45 minutes late and the driver told me not to travel if i put my small extra bag beside me. And insisted to put the bag in the luggage area even if i told him that i have stuff that are fragile, very rude driver no consideration at all.. And now megabus gold fare is so expensive now. I'd rather recommend to fly which is cheaper now than the bus with driver with bad behaviour.
