“Horrible online shopping experience ”

What a disgraceful online shopping experience first of all not very easy to navigate around the site I finally after an hour got my items In my basket but I could not go further unless I installed the app.. ???? No chance! My phone I will say what apps are on there !!! I emptied my basket and left. Sort yourself out h&m you have been around a hell of a long time and there is a lot of competition out there ... Pull ur finger out before it's too late
