“Worst service EVER”

I used a phone app for Bumblebee florist in Cheltenham to order some flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends workplace- six days in advance.
The web site was poor and did not ask for basic information such as a note to go with the flowers or the name of the person they were going to. So after I booked them I called the shop to give the details. The guy Ispoke to said hat they could not provide the colour or flower that I had ordered so they would send as red roses instead- not great but at least I knew. I said that the delivery MUST be before noon on the day of delivery this was ok I was told and if there were any issues I would get a call.

On the day of delivery I had a missed call on my phone at 1150hrs- I called straight back and was first told the flowers would now be a mix of different one and colours as the stock sent was poor nd that because they had other orders in for a funeral that they would take priority over my order and they would not deliver by noon. They could deliver the next day though.......

I was then told that funerals take priority and they don't-wont ever provide times for deliveries only AM & PM I sad great so my order will be there before noon then i.e. AM..........oh no it won't. The woman I spoke with was rude and unhelpful and offered nothing. Wonder how long they will take to pay back my money.

Don't use this company they are dreadful and will let you down plus the order I paid for was changed twice so would not have been what they advertised on their website. Keep away from them.
