“Obviously fake reviews”

Wow, I should have known better. The website looks super shady, the chat function didn't work, and they're citing UK law to "protect" you against liability. I have no idea who's actually giving them 5 stars, those reviews have got to be fake. I couldn't find reviews of this place anywhere else on the internet and relied on the 4 and 5-star ones here - don't make the same mistake I did.
