“AWFUL SERVICE!”

I ordered a hair product from this website on 13th July. When it hadn't arrived by the delivery due date I contacted the customer service team who asked me to wait a full 21 calendar days before ordering a replacement. I did this, and (surprise surprise!) the item did NOT show up. So I ordered a replacement item, which I was told would arrive by 15th August. It is now almost a week after that date and I have still not received my order (nor am I expecting it to arrive). This is a JOKE of a company - I honestly wonder if they actually WANT customers to keep them in business!! I will certainly be informing all of my friends NEVER to use this website!!
