This is not a 'meet & greet' service. Your car is not driven to the terminal but to a surface carpark. You walk under and through a badly-signed route to a surface carpark with a portakabin 'office. My car was damaged which I could prove because I had photos of the car upon arrival including the odometer reading. They reluctantly provided forms and claimed that their insurance people would contact me. They did not. They simply want to get rid of you and so they make up a story to get you out.
