“No customer service and happy to lie”

I have been with Vodafone for over 15 years and was thinking of changing to EE as signal for calls and messaging was terrible in my house. One of their reps promised me a sure signal box if I signed up to another 2 year contract. Having done this, I never received my free box and have since been told that they do not do this! I have been duped into signing my contract and upon contacting their non existent customer services they want me to prove what was said, even though they record all calls. I have been bumped from department to department and still no-one will directly give me a straight answer as to why they blatantly lied re this issue. Do not sign with Vodafone. I will be contacting Ofcom to make a formal compliant.
