“Global Frustration”

There is nothing good about this company and all the reviews I have read confirm that.
Two days after joining, I cancelled my membership and under their "14 day cooling off period" I asked for my entitled REFUND.I was informed by customer service that I would receive the refund within 14 days, which passed and still no refund. I found their customer service unhelpful, bordering on rude when I was told that I would have to "Just wait" because they had a back log of membership refunds to process.
Since I paid through Pay Pal, I filed a complaint through them, the very next day I received a refund into my Pay Pal account. The strange thing about this is that when I first asked for the refund, I asked for it to be paid back into my pay pal account, but was told by their customer service that they don't have the processes to do this and asked for my bank account details. I am wondering whether this is a clumsy ploy to steer customers away from thinking about pay pal resolution.
