I needed a high end specification PC for photographic and video editing purposes. Palicomp had a decent spec base model and then with their modifications system, I beefed it up further (faster processor, more memory, better cooling etc). When some of the hardware could not physically fit together they telephoned and suitable alternatives were discussed and offered. The PC was built and delivered in a timely fashion and after a slight glitch with a faulty software driver which the support people dealt with remotely I now have a great piece of kit. The whole process from start to finish has been very smooth and enjoyable.
