“very rude managers and staff”

I’m visit today 11.08.2014 at Harrow on the Hill JD store! Was a bit busy and all staff never ask of any help , it so many of young people work there UN ORGANIZE , then I so 2 lady's talk with each do I try to ask them of help about the size and I was shocked!!!! With my little children, how she open her mouth to answer very angry and she behavior was very rude. Than I tray to ask for the manager, and finally I find out she Is the manager, and I just ask her name she refuse to give me. I would not recommend to visit that branch If you don't want to have stress !!! All staff need to have good knowledge of serving people! (TO WORK WITH PEOPLE YOU NEED TO ALWAYS REMEMBER HOW TO BEHAVE YOURSELF AND IT'S ABOUT THE ARE LOSING CLIENTS With like this personal .I'M NEVER GO THE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS.)
