I paid additional costs to upgrade room at hotel and got the worst possible/ lowest cost room they had in the hotel, called teletext on our first day away (Hotel ISIS Gumbet Turkey - costing a lot of money by the time our call was actually answered) and no one would help or put me through to a manager until AFTER our holiday which was no use, and eventually had the phone put down on me.
I have written a complaint since coming home listing all the things we were unhappy with and how annoyed i was for having phone put down on me, and over a month later, numerous calls and emails i have not had a response resolving our issues nor an apology. Instead I've wasted time and money sitting on hold to speak with people who do not seem to care and have had the phone put down on me numerous times since.
I have been promised a letter after 28 days of complaint, but i have not received this and have no faith in them resolving the problem, but i will continue until i feel it has been dealt with appropriately and i have received my money back.
I am very dissapointed with teletext and after booking with them a few times i will not use Teletext again.
