I paid extra for express delivery, on the the day of promised delivery I received an email saying my parcel would be delayed. On ringing UK mail I was told my parcel had been sent to the wrong delivery depot and that instead of friday it would be monday when it would be delivered.Now I had paid to have it delivered on friday because my daughter and her family were going on holiday on saturday with her caravan and had to leave without an essential peace of equipment for the caravan and will have to try and buy this item when she arrived at her destination. On ringing her today tuesday she has not been able to locate the item she needed. I am not normally given to complaining but the item was essential to my families holiday and was despatched on time and Ukmail did not live up to expectations. B.Shield.Mr.
