“My biggest mistake”

After over 30 years of driving without making a claim I made the mistake of changing my insurance because of a very competitive price. Because of a mistake on the declaration, which was my error, I was asked to provide several additional documents which I scanned and sent by email the same day, but despite numerous phone calls 5 weeks later the policy is still with the underwriters. I have now cancelled the policy (which I am not sure that I ever had) and have lost over £100. This is a stark reminder that cheaper is not always better. If you want peace of mind from your insurer,then this is not the company for you.
