“Totally useless company”

4 lads go on there first holiday and get to the airport to go home only to be told by easy jet that SE have booked them on the next days flight not that evening. Even as the lads have all the paper work in front of them. They try to call the contact number given and no answer premium number in Spain then they try the merganser number and have to hold on for 10 minutes music then give up. The lads totally stranded at the airport for over a day and night no contact from SE at all. Everyone was on the way to the airport to collect lads now have to book another day off work. Phoned SE this morning to tell them the lads are stranded at airport the assistant was rude not apologetic said I had to send an email with details I asked to speak to a manager who then after holding 10 minutes she came on the phone and told me to hold on to which I said you can call me back in the next 10 minutes.
SHE NEVER. CALLED BACK WORST COMPANY EVER

Whatever you do DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM I AM GOING TO CONTACT WATCH DOG SO. THEY CAN REPORT. THEM TO WARN. OTHERS
