I purchased a dress from boohoo.com and it was unlike how the picture looked and did not fit well on me at all. I returned the item to the company and despite it being 24 days later since they received it I still have not heard at all from the company regarding my refund. The customer service is appalling and are very slow at replying to emails which is disappointing as there is no other way to contact them. This was my first experience and will be my last.
