“Service poor when things go wrong”

I had great difficulty returning my parcels and telephoned to explain and ask for the post office labels that they say they include. I explained that I would possibly be late in sending items back but they agreed not to charge the late return fee. However, on my bill are 3 late return charges and one postage charge meaning I have to pay £16 for nothing! I e-mailed them but again no actual response other than an automated one. Be careful if using this firm. I will not again.
