Just cancelled a night in Cozumel. Got a phone call from someone with a foreign accent, a bad attitude, and a hearing problem. After being brow beaten for 5 minutes with an apology, for MY misunderstanding, I could see that this was going nowhere FAST. Just another waste of time!
Watch out for jumpy web pages! Bookit.com is completely unforgiving of what is obviously YOUR problem.
All this and it only cost me $19.95 to cancel a reservation less than 12 hours later.
Good thing I still have more than 60 days before I leave. It gives me a chance to go to a real reservation specialist. Maybe one that speaks English!
