“Self Petition-Bankruptcy”

Went as smoothly as can be expected under the circumstances, creditors were a pain but Abacus took care of them, Money saved to pay the court fees transferred back to the nominated account within 24hours of requesting it.
Court staff very helpful and showed compassion as going Bankrupt not a really good feeling as I found out, from start to finish on just turning up at court it was over within 2 hours. The judge was "NON" judgemental and it was a very informal occasion.
Glad its all over now, so in 12 months life back to normal
