“Very unprofessional customer service”

Very customer service is an absolute joke and I've had nothing but problems since opening an account with them. Customer service staff are rude and fob you off with lies all staff say completely different things each time I phone. I have to make endless phone calls which cost quite a bit all because very staff can not sort out simple issues with one phone call. Their courier service is also a joke with items not being delivered at all and courier staff being very rude and aggressive
